Service Technician

Residential/Light Commercial

Job Duties

Troubleshoot, service, repair and install heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems in a residential/light commercial environment. Apply principles of heating, air conditioning, and work safety to daily tasks. Use methods, tools, and equipment in the repair of heating and air conditioning equipment in residential and light commercial buildings. Perform daily work duties associated with the trade with little to no supervision in the field.

Requirements

You must be a mechanically minded individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience servicing HVAC equipment. You must have the ability to repair, service and maintain heating and air conditioning systems. You must be customer focused with a desire to do a great job every time. Good communication skills are a must to be successful in this position.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package including paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, bonuses and a competitive salary ranging from $38k to $60k per year based on experience.

Installation Manager

Residential/Light Commercial HVAC

Job Duties

Manage production of installers and helpers who are installing, maintaining, and servicing residential HVAC equipment and accessories.  Oversees daily work and ensures adequate staffing to meet customer needs, assists technicians with unusual or difficult assignments, train, and coach employees, ensures that safety rules and practices are followed, and conducts quality-control checks on completed work.  As needed due to staffing and customer needs, performs service, maintenance, and installation work. Design and layout complete HVAC system installations. Work is performed under the direction of the Operations Manager.

Requirements

You must be a mechanically minded individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience installing HVAC equipment. You must have the ability to properly design and layout heating and air conditioning systems in a residential application. You must be customer focused with a desire to do a great job every time. Good communication skills are a must to be successful in this position. You must be able to lead and direct crew members during challenging situations.

We offer a competitive compensation package including paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, bonuses and a competitive salary ranging from $45k to $60k per year based on experience.
